The provider comes out for a $29 on-site visit, inspects your system, and puts the full price in writing before any work starts. Work begins only after you approve that written price — if you decline, the $29 visit fee is all you pay.

The $29 visit and the written-price-first promise

Phone estimates are ballparks, never commitments. The only firm number is the written price the provider gives you on site, after inspecting your ducts, vent or chimney. Nothing is charged beyond the $29 visit fee until you say yes to that written price. The visit fee and all job pricing are set and charged by the provider, not by Purify.
