Purify is a referral and scheduling service. We are not a cleaning, HVAC or chimney contractor and we do not perform the work. All services are performed by independent licensed providers who are solely responsible for their work, licensing, insurance and warranties.
Phone quotes and the starting prices shown on this site are estimates for typical residential jobs and are not binding. The $29 on-site visit fee is charged by the provider. The provider gives you a written price after inspecting your system, and no work begins until you approve it. If you decline, you pay the visit fee only.
Appointment windows depend on provider availability. Cancel or reschedule by calling us at least 2 hours before the visit window to avoid the visit fee.
Provide accurate address, contact and system information, and safe access to the equipment. Disputes about work quality, damage or refunds are handled with the provider that performed the job; we will help put you in contact.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Purify's liability arising from a referral is limited to the amount of fees you paid to Purify, which is typically zero. We make no warranty regarding provider workmanship.
